Links to the left will connect you to those two items that you can download and keep on hand at all times. The bylaws link is coming soon.   Particularly important is the rule book. Starting this year, the USBC will only print the rule book in even number years. The next printing and update will be in the summer of 2012. League Officers Workbook We hope you'll always attend our annual League Officers Workshop. It's a seminar pioneered by St. Louis USBC that other associations around the country are conducting for their members. But no one can know everything or anticipate an unexpected question.
